The exhibition Engineer, Agitator, Constructor: The Artist Reinvented, marked the major acquisition of some 324 works from the Merrill C. Berman Collection by The Museum of Modern Art, New York (MoMA). The exhibition was organized by Jodi Hauptman, Senior Curator, Department of Drawings and Prints, MoMA, and Adrian Sudhalter, Research Curator, the Merrill C. Berman Collection, with Jane Cavalier, Curatorial Assistant, Department of Drawings and Prints, MoMA. Originally scheduled for May 10 to September 12, 2020, the exhibition was postponed due to the pandemic.
